This study aimed at determining the expression of UBE2C, CENPE, HAS2 and CREB3L2 in human STS and examining the growth-attenuating effects of candidate chemicals bortezomib (aimed at UBE2C; [7]), UA62784 (aimed at CENPE; [8]), sorafenib (aimed at Creb3l2; [10]) and latrunculin A (aimed at HAS2; [9]) on the in vitro growth of human and murine sarcomas. This evidence concerns the gene CREB3L2 and telomere syndrome.
