Consistent with the established literature, endometrial cancers that lose both ESR1 and PGR expression (DN, for double negative) have poor 5-year survival compared with cancers that do not lose both ESR1 and PGR (DP, for double positive) (q-value = 1.23 × 10− 6, log-rank test) (Fig. 7b, left panel).
