T cell infiltration into, and contact with, the tumor core may predispose these patients to pCR, but in non‐pCR patients, we found that several of the T cell subsets, including CD4+, CD8+, PD+CD4+, PD1+CD8+, TIM3+CD4+, TIM3+CD8+ cells, were more abundant in the tumor stroma than in the intratumoral area of the tumor (Table S3). The gene discussed is CD8A; the disease is neoplasm.
