LIPG and coronary artery disorder: The results found by Ji et al. [23], Zhu et al. [12], and Jensen et al. [24] revealed that there was no significant association between the LIPG 584C/T polymorphism and risk of CAD; in contrast, Tang et al. [9], Solim et al. [28], and Elnaggar et al. [29] found similar results as ours that the LIPG 584C/T polymorphism was significantly associated with a decreased risk of CAD.
