Some studies have reported that SOX2OT, OIP5‐AS1 and UCA1 affect the biological behaviour of glioma cells [25, 28, 41]; the expression of SNHG1 is abnormal in rectal cancer, liver cancer, lung cancer and gastric cancer tumours, while the upregulation of SNHG1 is associated with tumour stage and size and a reduction in the overall survival rate [42]. Here, SOX2-OT is linked to lung cancer.
