To further verify the diagnostic performance of ADAMTS9‐AS1, we detected ADAMTS9‐AS1 expression levels in the validation set, the results showed that the AUC of ADAMTS9‐AS1 was 0.853, with a sensitivity of 71.7% and a specificity of 91.7% (95% CI = 0.777‐0.911) (Figure 7F), and the AUC of CEA in this set was 0.748, with a sensitivity 56.7% of and a specificity of 86.7% (95% CI = 0.660‐0.838), which suggested that exosomal ADAMTS9‐AS1 is a promising serum biomarker for the diagnosis of CRC. Here, ADAMTS9 is linked to colorectal carcinoma.
