Analyzing the results, we noted that RelB, a member of NF‐κB protein family, was significantly downregulated by PFV infection (Fig. 1A), while other four members of the family, such as relA, c‐rel, p50, and p52, did not detect significant changes in transcriptional level 24 h after virus infection. Here, NFKB2 is linked to viral infectious disease.
