Gynecologic cancer patients most commonly had TP53 (N = 59, 56.2%), PIK3CA (N = 26, 24.8%), KRAS (N = 14, 13.3%), BRAF (N = 10, 9.5%), ERBB2 (N = 8, 7.6%), and MYC (N = 8, 7.6%) alterations (Fig. 2A, Table S2). The gene discussed is MYC; the disease is female reproductive organ cancer.
