JAK2‐mutated tumor cells can also be recognized by CD8+T and produce IFN‐γ, but the JAK2/STAT/IRF1 signaling pathway cannot be activated by IFN‐γ, so it cannot upregulate the expression of tumor‐related antigen processing transporters, MHC‐I, PD‐L1, and other genes downstream of the pathway, resulting in reduced killing effect of IFN on JAK2‐mutated cells. Here, CD8A is linked to neoplasm.
