In model 3, adjusted for model 2 and HDL and LDL, the overall ApoA1 level in NAFLD patients was significantly associated with baPWV (OR, 4.46; 95% CI [1.85–10.77], P < 0.001); ApoA1 level in male NAFLD patients was significantly associated with baPWV (OR, 3.96; 95% CI [1.29–12.30], P < 0.05).
