In our study, results of western blot showed that in GC cells, the protein levels of NOD1, NOD2 and NF-κB were remarkably increased but significantly decreased after silencing ANGPT2. Thus, we speculated that ANGPT2 could participate in angiogenesis and the proliferation and migration of cancer cells probably through the NOD_LIKE_RECEPTOR signaling pathway. This evidence concerns the gene NFKB1 and cancer.
