AKT2 and non-small cell lung carcinoma: Data from the database showed that higher expression of AKT2 was associated with poorer overall survival (OS) (Fig. 2a, HR = 1.22, 95% CI: 1.07–1.38, P = 0.0023) and progression-free survival (PFS) (Fig. 2b, HR = 1.82, 95% CI: 1.49–2.21, P = 1.3e-09) in NSCLC patients.
