The elevation of MYC expression leads to increased overall tumor-to-stroma ratio (Spearman R = 0.45, p-value < 0.01, q-value < 0.01, Fig. 6c), as well as fewer discrete tumor nests (Spearman R = −0.39, p-value < 0.01, q-value = 0.01, Fig. 6c), which are, individually, significantly larger in size (Spearman R = 0.42, p-value < 0.01, q-value < 0.01, not shown).
