PRMT5 and cancer: The same pattern was present for an association between depth of tumor invasion (T) and fold change in DDAH2 and ODC1. Fold change in ARG2 (by 1.9-fold), DDAH2 (by 3.8-fold), NOS2 (by 5.0-fold), ODC1 (by 2.2-fold), and PRMT5 (by 2.3-fold) tended to decrease, and that of PRMT1 was significantly lower (by 1.6-fold) in cancers metastasizing into lymph nodes (N≥1).
