Rac1 and STING might be involved in this process, one previous study reported that Nrf2‐specific activator inhibits NF‐κB signalling pathway by STING, and hence, Nrf2‐specific activator appeared to be a potential drug in the treatment of osteoporosis by inhibiting NF‐κB.12 This evidence concerns the gene NFKB1 and osteoporosis.
