Collectively, these results demonstrated that selectively knocking down m6A methyltransferases or demethylases did not alter the expression of FOXO3 in the luteinized GCs of PCOS patients, but did so in the controls, suggesting an absence of m6A‐regulated transcription of FOXO3 in the luteinized GCs of PCOS patients.
