CYP1B1 and glaucoma: The visual outcome in our study is comparable to that of other reports with similar demographic data.[10,11] However, we found better final visual function than that reported previously in the AlDarrab study in which 55% of the patients had BCVA < 20/60.[6] Poor visual outcomes in their study could be explained by more severe glaucoma population, high prevalence of CYP1B1 mutation, delayed diagnosis, and inadequate follow-up.[12]
