Further, we found that three mRNA expressions were closely related to the pathological grades and clinical prognosis in glioblastoma patients via the analysis of TCGA (The Cancer Genome Atlas) and CGGA (the Chinese Glioma Genome Atlas) databases, respectively with expressions of CDK4/CDK6 in G0/G1 phase and TUBA1C in G2/M phase (Figure 1E–1H), (Figure 2A–1H). This evidence concerns the gene TUBA1C and glioma.
