In our results, after knockdown RXFP1 by specific RXFP1 siRNA, mast cell markers chymase and tryptase, inflammatory cytokines IL-6 and TNF-α, and classic phosphorylated NF-κB all increased, which was consistent with the acute myocardial infarction outcomes. This evidence concerns the gene NFKB1 and acute myocardial infarction.
