As shown in Supplementary Figure 2, the expression levels of H2AFJ were positively correlated with innate immune cells and CD4+ and CD8+ T-cell subsets; the expression levels of RRM2 were positively correlated with Act CD4 cells and negatively correlated with Th cells, B cells, and DCs; and the expression levels of THBD were positively correlated with almost all the immune cells (78.6%) infiltrated in GBM tumors. This evidence concerns the gene RRM2 and glioblastoma.
