In summary, building on previous findings that miR-9 overexpression in HUVECs promotes angiogenesis, and AATs triggers VEGF-enriched exosomes to promote tumor vasculogenesis, we present data to show that S1P1 acts as a bona fide target for miR-9 to regulate the migration, invasion, and angiogenesis. This evidence concerns the gene VEGFA and neoplasm.
