Interestingly, silencing of linc-ROR was shown to result in increased levels of the epithelial markers E-cadherin and α-catenin, and decreased levels of mesenchymal markers N-cadherin and vimentin, indicating that linc-ROR plays an important role in the regulation of EMT in PC cells (Zhan et al., 2016; Chen et al., 2020).
