TSLP pathway has been found to relate to the progression of several human cancers, including breast, pancreatic, gastric and cervical cancer, as well as B cell lymphoma and myeloma (De Monte et al., 2011; Xie et al., 2013; Nakajima et al., 2014; Barooei et al., 2015), via generating type 2–biased inflammation in the tumor microenvironment (Pedroza-Gonzalez et al., 2011). The gene discussed is TSLP; the disease is cervical carcinoma.
