We found that treatment of MG132 or MLN4924 at 72 h after infection partly inhibited SAMHD1 loss at 96 h as above, however, bafilomycin A1 did not inhibit SAMHD1 loss at all, suggesting that the virus-induced SAMHD1 loss occurs through the non-lysosomal pathways (Figure 4).
