Particularly, high expressions of MAP7D2, ACOT13, EID1, RPS4X, and TTRAP have been associated with poor prognosis in gastric, lung, and pancreatic cancers as well as hepatic carcinoma, respectively, while a high TTRAP expression reportedly inhibits the growth of osteosarcoma (Kamio et al., 2010; Zhou et al., 2013; Kuang et al., 2017; Liu K.T. et al., 2018; Liu X. et al., 2018). This evidence concerns the gene MAP7D2 and hepatocellular carcinoma.
