A recent study showed that daurinol induces hypomethylation of FOXP3, promotes Tregs differentiation and stabilization, inhibits Th17 differentiation through the Nrp1-Pten-Akt-Foxp3 signaling pathway, and alleviates the severity of RA (Park et al., 2019). This evidence concerns the gene FOXP3 and rheumatoid arthritis.
