Here, we present data indicating that many atherosclerosis and cardiovascular risk-related proteins that were found to be up-regulated in other Olink studies (e.g., SELE/E-selectin, TNFSF14/LIGHT, VEGFA, RETN/resistin, MMPs) are in fact suppressed by dupilumab in tape-stripped skin lesions (28, 30, 31, 40). The gene discussed is SELE; the disease is atherosclerosis.
