CAP was significantly correlated with sex (r=-0.216, P <0.001), ALT (r=0.232, P<0.001), aspartate aminotransferase (AST) (r=0.151, P=0.006), glutamyl transpeptidase (GGT) (r=0.384, P<0.001), alkaline phosphatase (ALP) (r=0.207,P<0.001), total cholesterol(TC) (r=0.125, P=0.024), liver fibrosis (r=0.119, P=0.03), body mass index (BMI) (r=0.663, P <0.001) and LSM (r=0.279, P <0.001), while there was no correlation with age, total bilirubin(TB) or liver necroinflammation (P>0.05 for all). This evidence concerns the gene GPT and Hepatic fibrosis.
