SNAI1 and colorectal carcinoma: Additionally, Kaplan–Meier and Cox’s proportional hazards regression model survival analysis revealed that patients with high expression levels of SNAI1 had shorter overall survival in CRC (HR = 1.71, 95% CI = 1.28 to 2.94, P = 0.023) and GC (HR = 1.68, 95% CI = 1.23 to 2.57, P = 0.022) (Figure 6B, 6D).
