Subsequently, a TF-miRNA-target gene coregulation network was constructed to study the potential molecular mechanisms, and the top 20 nodes ranked by degree were identified, including 1 TF (NF-κB), 4 miRNAs (hsa-miR-574-5p, hsa-miR-26b-5p, hsa-miR-335-5p, and hsa-miR-98-5p), and 15 key genes (IL6, CHRDL1, PTGS2, MTHFD2, SLC7A11, ADM, CRISPLD2, ROBO1, FHL2, SLC7A5, MYC, FOSL1, PLLP, HIF1A, and NAV2), which may play significant roles in meningioma. The gene discussed is IL6; the disease is meningioma.
