In addition, we analyzed TGFβ2 expression and its correlation with pathological features by using the gene expression profiling interaction analysis (GEPIA) database,[16] and found that TGFβ2 was significantly upregulated in esophageal carcinoma (ESCA), glioblastoma (GBM) and pancreas adenocarcinoma (PAAD), compared with corresponding normal tissue, respectively (Figure S1D, Supporting Information).
