KDR and non-small cell lung carcinoma: Chemotherapy combined with anti-angiogenic drugs [33–35], including bevacizumab (a VEGF-A monoclonal antibody), recombinant human endostatin, and ramucirumab (a VEGFR monoclonal antibody), has led to significantly prolonged survival, compared with chemotherapy alone, and is currently approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and/or China FDA for first- or second-line treatment of advanced NSCLC.
