ER(−)/PgR(+) tumors were characterized by a higher grade and a higher Ki-67 index than ER(+)/PgR(−) cancers in the NanoString cohort, whereas in the TCGA cohort, ER(+)/PgR(−) patients presented more frequently with positive lymph nodes (Table 1 and Table 2).
