Cholangiocellular carcinoma (CC) was the most frequent malignant tumor observed in the PTEN/TGFβR2 model (Figure 4C); however, in all other models, foci of cellular alteration (FCA) was the most frequent lesion (Figure 4C,D) followed by hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC).
