The network analyses of the top canonical pathways showed that DEGs that were only found in the AD mouse blood were involved in “3-phosphoinositide degradation,” “primary immunodeficiency signaling,” and “D-myo-inositol-5-phosphate metabolism.” The top upstream regulators included IL3, IL21 (inhibited), IL15RA, IFNA2 (inhibited), and TLN1. This evidence concerns the gene IL15RA and Alzheimer disease.
