Because several genes (APOBEC3, PARP3, TREM2, TOMM40, APOE, and INPP5D) changed significantly in the same direction in multiple datasets from both human AD samples and mouse AD models, these genes may be good candidates for blood biomarkers for AD (Supplementary Figure 2 and Supplementary Figure 3).
