To assess the role of E2F7 in the regulation of histone methyltransferase, we analysed the published dataset GSE105353 from a ChIP-seq study of genome-wide E2F7-binding site.27 The result showed a specific association of E2F7 with the EZH2 promoter, in K562 cells, a human chronic myeloid leukaemia cell line (Supplementary Fig. S4A). The gene discussed is E2F7; the disease is chronic myelogenous leukemia, BCR-ABL1 positive.
