In HCC, SNHG5 is dramatically upregulated and closely associated with several clinicopathological parameters, such as tumor size, TNM stage, etc. Functional study revealed that SNHG5 exerts its oncogenic effect via miR-26a-5p/GSK3β axis and Wnt/β-catenin signaling in HCC cells25. Here, SNHG5 is linked to hepatocellular carcinoma.
