The distribution of the LEPR c.668A>G AG genotype was not significantly different between women with severe and mild preeclampsia [16/42 (38.09%) vs. 30/80 (37.5%); P = 0.984] or women with early and late preeclampsia [7/16 (43.75%) vs. 39/106 (36.79%); P = 0.796]. This evidence concerns the gene LEPR and preeclampsia.
