GSEA results showed that the altered genes in the high-risk BCLA patients belonged to pathways related to autophagy and cancer, WNT signaling pathway, renal cell carcinoma, TGF-βsignaling pathway, VEGF signaling pathway, ERBB signaling pathway, PPAR signaling pathway, MAPK signaling pathway, P53 signaling pathway, mTOR signaling pathway, endocytosis, RNA degradation and ubiquitin-mediated proteolysis (Figure 7A).
