In univariate analysis, high levels of WBC (HR: 2.32, 95% CI: 1.29, 4.16; P=0.005), CRP (HR: 4.91, 95% CI: 2.61-9.24; P<0.001), neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio (HR: 3.51, 95% CI: 1.93-6.39; P<0.001), fibrinogen, D-dimer (HR: 3.26, 95% CI: 1.60-6.64; P=0.001), creatine kinase and LDH (HR: 6.48, 95% CI: 3.40-12.34; P<0.001), and low levels of lymphocytes (HR: 4.53, 95% CI: 1.51-13.53; P=0.007) were risk factors for the severity of COVID-19 (Table 3).
