In the supplementary analysis, using four SNPs, there was some evidence of inverse associations of genetically-predicted TNF levels with intracerebral haemorrhage (OR, 0.19; 95% CI, 0.04, 0.92), colorectal cancer (OR, 0.23; 95% CI, 0.09, 0.60), and ovarian cancer (OR, 0.23; 95% CI, 0.06, 0.91) (Supplementary figure 1). Here, TNF is linked to ovarian cancer.
