Trends for hormone receptor–negative breast cancer subtypes (ie, ERBB2-enriched and triple negative) were mixed; ERBB2-enriched breast cancer increased for non-Hispanic White women aged 25 to 30 years, while triple-negative breast cancer decreased for non-Hispanic White women aged 40 to 69 years, and non-Hispanic Black women aged 55 to 69 years. This evidence concerns the gene ERBB2 and breast carcinoma.
