SNHG3 and cancer: As shown in Figures 6(a) and 6(b), SNHG3 was significantly overexpressed in tumor tissue comparing to normal tissue in various cancers, including bladder urothelial carcinoma, cholangiocarcinoma, colon adenocarcinoma, esophageal carcinoma, liver hepatocellular, lung adenocarcinoma, lung squamous cell carcinoma, prostate adenocarcinoma, rectum adenocarcinoma, stomach adenocarcinoma, and uterine corpus (P < 0.01).
