Furthermore, many mechanism studies demonstrated that SNHG3 can regulate target genes by miRNA sponge, including miRNA-326 and miRNA-128 in hepatocellular carcinoma [23, 24], miRNA-139-5p in clear cell renal cell carcinoma [44], miRNA-384 in laryngeal carcinoma [45], miRNA-151a-3p and miRNA-196a-5p in osteosarcoma [19, 39], miRNA-758-3p in acute myeloid leukemia [29], and miRNA-182-5p in colorectal cancer [47]. This evidence concerns the gene SNHG3 and colorectal cancer.
