Compared with previous studies, we found that the hsa_circ_0001866/hsa_circ_0003192-hsa-miR-421-COL4A1, hsa_circ_0055521-hsa-miR-567-THBS1/IGFBP5, hsa_circ_0005217/hsa_circ_0004370-hsa-miR-648-THBS1/CALM1, hsa_circ_0007094/hsa_circ_0013048/hsa_circ_0008615/hsa_circ_0002570/hsa_circ_0001789-hsa-miR-140-3p-FN1, hsa_circ_0004339/hsa_circ_0007094/hsa_circ_0007613-hsa-miR-1205-THBS1, and hsa_circ_0007404/hsa_circ_0051246/hsa_circ_0045602/hsa_circ_0031027-hsa-miR-375-CTGF axes may play central roles in regulating the development of GC.
