AKT1 and cancer: Analysis with iPathwayGuide to investigate biological processes and pathways dysregulated in U87 glioblastoma cells overexpressing ZNF554 revealed that the most impacted Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG) pathways included “PI3K-Akt signaling” and “proteoglycans in cancer”, both cancer-related pathways (Supplementary Table S2, Figure 5A and Figure 6).
