Supplemental Figure 4 shows that the levels of Shh, CD133, mushashi-1 and SOX2 were lower whereas the conversion of LC3-I to LC3-II was higher in mice of Shh knockdown CD133+ cells compared to CD133+ cells of control mice. These results suggest that knockdown of Shh reduces stemness and GBM tumor growth. The gene discussed is PROM1; the disease is glioblastoma.
