Previous clinical studies have suggested that the relationship between fracture risk and PTH levels in patients with CKD patients is unclear.(2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7) Our study also showed that three CKD‐MBD markers, including serum levels of PTH, calcium, and phosphorus, were not associated with fracture incidence in patients undergoing hemodialysis (Table 1 and Fig. 1). This evidence concerns the gene PTH and chronic kidney disease.
