It can be seen from Fig 1A that there was no significant difference in the expression levels of AMPK (P = 0.075), P-AMPK (P = 0.075), and ACC (P = 0.075) protein in PCOS group compared with the non-PCOS group, while the expression levels of mTOR(P<0.0001), P-mTOR(P<0.0001) and STAT3(P<0.0001) were significantly increased.
