Recently, Yiwei et al. [17] demonstrated that the interaction of HOTAIR and MAPK1 (mitogen-activated protein kinase 1) regulates the proliferation, migration, and invasion of ovarian cancer SKOV3 cells through miR-1, miR-214-3p, and miiR-330-5p, and can serve as a therapeutic target of ovarian cancer. This evidence concerns the gene MAP4K1 and ovarian carcinoma.
