A disintegrin and metalloproteinase 10 (ADAM10) is a novel target in cancer therapy [231,232], and it was shown that loading siRNA-ADAM10 on SPIONs enhances their efficacy in reducing the expression of ADAM10, resulting in a decrease in viability and proliferation of PCa cells by about 26% for 10 nM of the complex after 120 h [233]. Here, ADAM10 is linked to posterior cortical atrophy.
